Downstairs is the lounge, with smart TV, oak beams, wooden floor and inglenook fireplace. A table for 4. Also a sofa bed if needed. There is separate kitchen with washing machine, cooker and microwave.

A boot room and a bathroom with bath and shower above. There is also a secluded rear patio.

Gas central heating and very importantly wi-fi.
