The Attic Art Club is group of about thirty professional and semi-professional artists established more than 80 years ago. Founded by talented artist, Rose Cobban, in the attic of her house in East End Lane Ditchling, it was a fundamental part of the village artistic heritage with many well known local artists taking part. Membership has been widened to include artists from across East and West Sussex and includes 3D artists.
Prestigious exhibitions of members’ work are held twice a year in Spring and Autumn in Ditchling Village Hall. These exhibitions provide the opportunity of purchasing high quality original works direct from the artists at well below gallery high street prices. Unframed prints and cards are also on sale. There are opportunities to meet the artists and watch them at work
